1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Kyn Skyn Care telehealth platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Telehealth Services
Kyn Skyn Care connects patients with board-certified dermatologists for virtual consultations related to Malassezia-prone skin conditions. Consultations are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant platform. The Service does not replace emergency medical care.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a U.S. state where our providers are licensed. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Patient Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete medical information, attend scheduled appointments or cancel with reasonable notice, and follow your provider's treatment recommendations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Fees and Payment
Consultation fees are displayed during the booking process and charged at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds may be available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
6. Prescriptions
If your provider determines that a prescription is appropriate, it will be sent to the pharmacy you selected during booking. Prescription decisions are at the sole discretion of the treating provider.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kyn Skyn Care facilitates connections between patients and providers but does not practice medicine. We are not liable for the medical advice, diagnoses, or treatments provided by independent healthcare providers using our platform.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
